I even tried to push him off the roof but he just ended up still standing on the edge of the roof kind of floating.
Well my first problem got solved and now i have another one.

Adding creation club items 1 by 1 until the problem re occurs and repeating the fix is time consuming but for now the only way to isolate the problem.

Fallout 4 is fun but there are a few things with the balancing that i would have done differently so i made this mod to rebalacne the game to my liking.
Build a bell ring the bell she will get up from her chair and attempt to come to the bell which should allow you to move the chair in settlement mode if she is still stuck or too stuck to even get up from the chair you can simply force move her to your location by opening the console clicking on her to target this may be finicky as sometimes you just end up targeting the air or.
So there is a gap between the truck stop roof and the ground floor of the building.

So ive done some googleing and read a bunch of tips how to get the brahmin off the roof in sanctuary.
Oh and a new girlfriend who just moved in with my nomadic ass a few months ago.
Really annoying any idea how to fix it.
I loaded the game up on my wife s gaming pc same effect.
Npc base health rebalanced.
No 10 fold difference in base health or enemy types.
They don t do anything but stand there.
Clearly it s a glitch.
Less bullet spongy enemies without sacrificing on difficulty at higher levels.
Deleting fallout 4 completely including all related files and re installing without creation club content will fix the issue.
You can t assign them to anything and if they re assigned to a store they won t go to it.
But even the caravan brahmin always tries to reach my roof via the ledder of the neighbor building.
This has been happening very often whenever i travel to sanctuary hills is there a way to fix this or get them off.
I can verify that running the game at 1280x1024 on pc does render the lockpicking minigame invisible along with causing most of the hud in and out of power armor to render offscreen.
Which is just large enough for them to stand on the roof but not large enough to move.
In fallout 4 my sanctuary hills settlement has suddenly started having this problem where some of my settlers and codsworth decide to throw a party on top of one of the abandoned buildings.
